You place a helper with a family, hand over the paperwork, and hope it goes well. HAH! gives that household something to run the arrangement with — salary and rest days that both sides can see, shared tasks and groceries, and a reminder before the Work Permit or the medical falls due — in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, Chinese and Burmese.
For your agency that means three things: a handover that looks more considered than a folder of forms, fewer of the calls that come three weeks later about how a rest day is counted, and — over time — a number showing how long your placements actually last.
One subscription covers the home, and the helper's side is always free. Households you introduce get their first month free on top of the usual 7-day trial, applied automatically at checkout — there is no code for them to type and nothing for your consultants to administer.
Start here. No commitment, no fee, nothing to cancel.
For an agency that wants the handover to carry its own name.
For an agency that wants the app itself to carry its brand.
Both paid tiers are billed monthly and you can stop at any time. Annual billing is two months cheaper if you prefer it. Prices are in Singapore dollars.
You will never see a household's personal information through HAH! — not the employer's details, not the helper's, not their messages, not their salary figures. Everything we report to you is aggregate. Where a period has three or fewer placements we quote the raw count rather than a percentage, because a percentage of two households is not a statistic and can identify the people inside it.
That is a deliberate line and we hold it with everyone. The households you place are our customers too, and the reason they trust the app is that nobody is reading over their shoulder.
The reporting counts app usage: whether a household you introduced is still using HAH!, and whether the helper they started with is still the helper on the account. That is a reasonable proxy for a placement holding together. It is not the same thing — a household can stop using an app and keep its helper for years.
So treat the number as a floor rather than a measure, and do not set it beside Ministry of Manpower statistics or anyone else's figures, which measure something different. We would rather give you a number you can defend than a flattering one you cannot.
No. The Partner tier is free and is meant to stay that way — the tracked link, the agency code and the free month for your clients cost you nothing. The paid tiers add your branding, the materials and the reporting.
Not at the moment, and we would rather say so here than let you discover it in a meeting. HAH! is a small Singapore business and the economics of a S$3.99 subscription do not support a referral fee. What we offer instead is on this page.
No — see above. If a household needs help they email support@hah.sg and we deal with them directly. Please do not try to sort out billing or account problems on their behalf; it is faster for everyone if they come to us.
The link attributes households that are new to HAH!, so an existing customer will not be counted as your introduction. And if an employer later changes agency they can change or remove the agency on their account whenever they like — it is their account, not ours and not yours.
Partner is same-day: we send a link and a QR code. Co-branded materials take a few days once we have your logo. The skinned app takes longer, and we will give you a date when you join rather than a promise now.
Email admin@hah.sg with your agency name and your EA licence number, and we will set up the free Partner tier the same day so you can try it on your next placement. If you would rather start on one of the paid tiers, say so and we will send the agreement.
